I asked for the linker command file, and the linker map file. Unfortunately, you sent 2 linker command files, and no map file. I cannot work out the problem with that. Please submit the linker map file.

% hex2000 Test_CPU1.out -boot -sci8 -a -o c1.txt

I inspected the output, the c1.txt file. In a post in the first thread you started on this topic, you state ...

But using hex2000 the text section is divided into two text sections.

I don't see that. What are you looking at that lets you know this occurred?
