CCS/LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: CCS Desktop Does Not Work for CC26x2R

Part Number: LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

"Download and Install" for Examples->Development Tools ->CC26x2R LaunchPad->TI 15.4-Stack->collector

  it shows "This package is not supported on win32" on ccsv7; "This package is not supported on your OS" on ccsv8. and no codes was downloaded, do you know why?

More Info:

ccs cloud works fine; CC2640R2 LaunchPad works on both ccs desktop and ccs cloud.

My PC: Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor.
