This thread will be used to announce new Code Composer Studio v4.x releases. When viewing this thread you should see a link on the left that will allow you to subscribe to this thread so that you will be notified via email of any new posts. CCSv4.2.0 is now available.

The patch is available via Update Manager inside CCS. The update check runs once a week but you can run it manually by going to Help -> Software Updates -> FInd and Install

Most of the changes in the release are bug fixes and updated device support however you will notice some changes in the project wizard as it now allows you to select from some example templates.

Note that the full image will include updated compiler and target content packages but the patch does not. You can also get the updated compiler from Update Manager. The latest target content packages are available here: http://software-dl-1.ti.com/dsps/dsps_public_sw/sdo_sb/targetcontent/index.html
