CCS/CC3200: CCS won't launch

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I've uninstalled / reinstalled the latest CCS and it won't launch.  For about 1/4 second, I see a splash screen, then nothing.  I don't know where to look to find logs.  I see no errors on the command line either.

    Can you provide some more details? Such as:
    -Full CCS version number
    -What host OS and version you are running CCS on
    -Antivirus/security SW running on host (and did you try disabling it)
    -Did the issue happen immediately after installation (where you ever able to get it working in the past)?
