"warning: overriding commands for target" warning for CSv4

Hi,

I am able to compile my project and debug but i keep getting these warnings:

C:\Program Files\Texas Instruments\ccsv4\utils\gmake\gmake -k all

subdir.mk:410: warning: overriding commands for target `captel800a_6421cfg_c.obj'

subdir.mk:403: warning: ignoring old commands for target `captel800a_6421cfg_c.obj'

 Is there a particular reason why these errors pop up even though the rest of the project seems to compile correctly.  All my C files and my tcf file are taken directly from a CCSv3.3 project and added to a CCSv4 project.  did i forget to add a compiler option? I am using CCSv4.2.0.10017.  My tcf file was using BIOS 5.33.05 and now i have BIOS 5.41.7.24.  did something happen during the upgrade? I have very new to CCSv4, i just installed it yesterday.
