Can we use the OpenCV library and code in Micropython?? If yes, then which Texas Instrument variant would be the best, and if no then can we use C++?

Can you tell me that which TI MCU should I use if i want to carry out Image Processing using OPENCV?

I am not an expert on OpenCV. But the page DSP Libraries - OpenCV, from TI, looks like the right place to start.
