Following error is generated while doing test connection with spectrum digital XDS510USB Emulator for the above mentioned target board's chip.. kindly help on this. Thank you.

Hi,

I don't have the same device as yours, but when trying to connect to my TMS570LS0432 I am able to make it work without problems.

Therefore, when you launch the debugger it may show additional details on its error message, as shown in the thread below:
e2e.ti.com/.../525431

If it shows a different message, please search the page below with the error code:
software-dl.ti.com/.../ccs_debugging_jtag_connectivity_issues.html

Also, if your board has an isolated JTAG connection to the device, a similar issue as reported below may be happening as well:
