sir, i want to interface my dsp board tms320c6748 (which was purchased with CCS v5.3) with code composer studio v8.1, and also with matlab version2017b. please help and provide your guidance, as i am new in this field. i shall be thankfull to you.

Hello,
Since you are new, I would suggest taking a look at the CCS collateral on Resource Explorer. I would start with the User's Guide:
dev.ti.com/.../

As for any Matlab specific questions, please contact Mathworks support directly.

You can use Embedded Coder from MathWorks to generate C code from MATLAB / Simulink, and then import that C code to CCS and run it on a 67xx.
