CCS/UCD3138: CCS v6.2 for UCD3138 installation issue on Windows 10

My customer installed CCS v6.2 for the UCD3138 on Windows 10 and got the error message as below. Could you please help to review and advise the solution?

Hi,

The installer's unable to access components that it needs because the folder where the offline installer is located has a # in the path. Can you please ask the customer to copy it to folder like D:\share instead as eclipse can't handle the path.
