I have developed in block diagram for my project then I am looking some reference or guide how to organize and run in ccs v8. Is there any guide reference to organize the CCS project form my own codes , an existing example projects and MCU for TMS28335.?

I would start with the C2000Ware examples in Resource Explorer. Check out the Getting Started Guide on Resource Explorer to get started with CCS:

I thanks for your information. The example projects works well. But My question is how to choose the important files from the example(s) to be included in my projects? for instance for ADC , ePWM, etc...
