Hello,

recently in my possession came DRV8303EVM board and i am trying to establish connection between Code Composer Studio and board through USB port, i have installed CCS and controlsuite on my computer, also i have downloaded software from the official site (DRV8303EVM_C200_FIRMWARE). 

The problem that i am getting error that  the system can not find the specified path for the xds100-f28035.ccxml, When i make a new .ccxml file and start debugging session, error pops up that connection cannot be establish over USB. 

Is there some steps that are missing and do i need to use older compiler (Ti v18.1.3.LTS) to compile this project ?

In User's Guide SLVU983A–September 2013–Revised October 2013 step 16 is where the error pops up...

    Ivan,

    If I understand correctly, you are simply trying to establish a connection between CCS and the EVM so you can download a .out file to flash using CCS. Is that correct? If so, it does not involve any project or compilation but just a target connection and code download.

    Could you please attach a screenshot or the exact text of the error message you get when trying to connect to the target?
