CCS/TMS320C5515: Installer does not work

Part Number: TMS320C5515

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I am trying to install CCS V4.2.2.00033 and the installer runs without any errors but the shortcut is not generated and CCS is not in the list of Uninstall/Change a program.  I am using Win 7.
