I have a customer that has 100% trouble free debug operation with their C6455 design and the Blackhawk USB560m under CCS v3.3. Under CCS v4 the same hardware setup exhibits the error show in the attached file. The debugger is capable of downloading the code to the DSP and run/pause/step but as soon as you try to issue a restart or reload the program it errors out. The screen shot was taken on my machine but is identical to what the customer is experiencing. I'm running with all updates installed.
