CCS/CCSTUDIO: Unable to Install CCS, TEMP folder permission denied

Hi all,
so I just received a new laptop and I am trying to install CCS, however each time I do I get this error:

An error occured : error deleting "C:/Users/Nik Provost/AppData/Local/Temp/ccs_a6542910-3607-44f8-7197-1d7c40444590/ccs_err_codes.csv":permission denied

Each time the code between Temp/ to /ccs_err_codes.csv changes but everything else stays the same. My firewall and antivirus are turned off, and I am running the installer as an admin.  

I have also attached the install log. If anyone could figure out what is going on I would greatly appreciate it!
