CCS: Problem Importing Exisitng Existing Project

When I try to import a project, I see the below. What should I do?

Which version of CCS are you using and do you know which version of CCS was used to originally create the project?

Is "workspace" the name of the workspace or project? Could you zip up the .*project files that are in the project folder and attach it here?

could you provide a link to zip, etc. file containing this terrible project?

On further investigation, I discovered that I was opening the parent directory. Changing this to the child resulted in success.
