Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hi,

I am unable to install the new version of code composer studio. I keep getting the following error message and I am unable to resolve it. What steps can I follow to finish the installation?

    Do you have any blank characters in your user name?
    If yes, use user name without spaces, etc.

    You seem to be hitting the same issue as this thread. Could you please zip up your /ccsv8/install_logs folder and attach it here?

    Also, as suggested in the other thread, please try the offline installer, with network access turned off during the install. Let us know if that works for you.

    Were you able to get CCS 8.2 installed by using the offline installer? If not, could you please send us your install logs?
