CCS/CC2640: CCS 8.2 installer ccs_setup_8.2.0.00007 hangs at "Downloading all features"

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Same result on two different machines (Win 7 Pro and Win 10 Pro), both clean installs rather than updates, antivirus off etc. No evidence of actual progress thought the TCL script keeps running.

I can provide logs etc. as desired (I still have the Win 10 install running and outputting a period character every so often - I am curious to see if it ever times out).

This should not be this hard ...

Have the very same issue on Windows 10.

Use offline installer with an admin privilege and no network connection.
Probably you have a space in your user name and wget fails.

Were you able to install CCS 8.2 using the offline installer? If you are still having trouble with the offline installer, could you please zip up the /install_logs folder and attach it here for us to look at?
