CCS 4 RTA out of memory problem

I have a problem while trying opening RTA tool sub-menu.

I am working on an OMAP3530 platform with Spectrum Digital's XDS510 usb simulator.

During the debugging session, if I try to open the sub-menu: Tools -> RTA, the new sub-menu  does not appear and I get the error:

 

"Internal error: an out of memory error has occurred. Consult the "Running Eclipse" of the read me file for information on preventing this kind of error in the future. You are recommended to exit the workbench. "

Due to this, I cannot use RTA tools.

Any solutions?
