CCS: TIREX doesnt start

Hello,

I'm new on CCS (have just installed couple weeks ago. Problem on the Resource Explorer. It keep showing Loading.../Starting Tirex. I did try to close resource explorer and retarted it but problem persists.

My CCS is version 8.2.0.00007 runing on WIndows 10.

Need advise please..

Hello,

Tirex does a lot of I/O operations in parallel when scanning for installed and new packages.
If your PC has 8GB RAM or less, no SSD, some timeouts may happen when Tirex is starting.
Try to start Resource Explorer for several times. Each time you restart RE, your Windows 10 file system cache would fir Tirex needs better and finally RE would start.
