CCS/DRA74: Check updates fails for DVT

go to Window -> Preferences -> Install/Update -> Available Software Files
and uncheck DVT Update.

I agree I could do that and actually did it before. But for me that means I will not see any available DVT updates. I'm having significant problems with Hardware Trace Analyzer and was hoping these may be fixed in future by some updates. Are DVT updates now provided by a different repository and therefore this failing link isn't needed anymore?

Somehow I have missed that you are TI employee.
I believe that it is better to give a fishing rod than a fish and I have responded as I did.

No doubts, I need to improve my DVT related skills and you gave me a chance.

If you have CCSv8.2 installed then there are no further updates available for DVT. I can see the same error when checking this site in my Windows install of 8.2. I will follow up with that. I know we were looking at pushing out an update for Classic ROV which would go out on that site so maybe that is what is triggering that problem. That update is not available yet.
