I am unable to program the upper 256KB of the TMS570LS0914 device using CCS. It looks like the "C:\ti\ccsv8\ccs_base\hercules\flash\configs\TMS570LS0x14.xml" file has the device names and memory size switched between the TMS570LS0914 (1MB device) and the TMS570LS0714 (768KB device). I have attached what I believe is the corrected file. (At least with these corrections it is now working for me.)
