Is there any way to add regions in the outline view of a c++ file?

I'm not sure I completely understand what you are asking, but I suspect the answer is No. I can confirm if you could elaborate a bit more on what you are looking for.

Here is a screenshot of what I mean. I separated the code into sections in the outline using #define, but that's not how it should be done. In c# for example you use #region.

Sorry, this doesn't appear to be currently supported by Eclipse. Searching the web, I found a few Eclipse bug reports on this. They all link back to this Eclipse request which is still open after many years.
