CCS/LAUNCHXL2-570LC43: Unable to flash

hi, I am unable to flash the LAUNCHXL2-570LC43, when flash button is pressed the flashing process fails. I tryed using the xdsdfu utility to flash the firmware. The device is recognized using "-e" but when changing mode to DFU the device in not visible   and thus i'm unable to flash the card using the given command in the readme file. Do you have any solution to this problem?

I am using Ubuntu 18 and ccs8.

    It sounds like you are trying to flash the firmware for the debug probe that is built onto the LaunchPad. Is that what you want to do or do you want to flash your open application onto the TMS570?

    When you mention the flash button what are you referring to? Is this a button in CCS that you are pressing? In general in CCS you click the bug button and it will launch a debug session, connect to the device and flash the program for you. Is that what you are doing or are you doing something else?
