Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I use win7 and ccs 5.5.0

I can build my project ,but when I debug

I have some problem as the the picture show

How cam I solve this problem ?

    Hello,
    You are getting a host connection error - the debugger is having issues communicating to the embedded debug probe of the board. Please refer to Spectrum Digital's troubleshooting guide for suggestions on how to resolve:
    support.spectrumdigital.com/.../

    Also note that you are using an old version of CCS that is no longer supported. You may want to consider installing a later version.
