Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Will the XDS200 USB with code composer 4.2  , C3x4x program a TMS320VC33 DSP using Windows 7 32 Bit software/64 Bit PC?

    For C3x/C4x development, you will need the old Code Composer tool (note the missing "Studio" at the end). It is a very old tool (~20 years old) and will not run on any modern OS. Windows XP-32 is probably the last version of Windows it will run on. And no (relatively) modern debug probe will work with it. It will be mostly XDS510 based debug probes I believe.
