Hi,

I am trying to do a "Stand-Alone" Installation of compiler tools found on the "Update Software" detailed in this message

"e2e.ti.com/.../549085

The computer is not attached to the internet, so I would like to download the software using another computer then use a USB stick to transfer the software to the computer.

Which compiler do you need?

Many of them are available here: software-dl.ti.com/.../download.htm
You could download the installer from that site. Put on a stick and then install on your computer that is not connected to the internet. CCS can then be pointed to the compiler installation (or discover automatically depending on where it is installed).
