Compiler: Upgrade C6000

Tool/software: TI C/C++ Compiler

We are still running CSS 6.1.2 and want to upgrade JUST the C6000 compiler (from 7.4.x) and the ARM compiler (from 5.2.5). Is there a link to a page that has valid instructions for this? The pages I've found have totally hosed my CCS environment.
