Hello.

I want to make emulator for TMS320F28x.

I have heard that  there is TI's source EPK(?) to make emulator.

I would like to know How to get  related information to make emulator(H/W, S/W Driver)

I think that there is license charge to use this technical materials.

Could you tell me price of license?
