Compiler/BEAGLEBOARD-X15: PRU compiler v2.3.1 shows a "legacy C6000" option in CCS 8.2

When setting up an AM5728 PRU project in CCS 8.2.0.00007 using PRU compiler v2.3.1 noticed that in the Miscellaneous options there is a "C6000 legacy mode for performance degradations (-legacy)" option shown:

Not sure if this is a cut-and-paste error in the option description, or that an option for the C6000 compiler is being incorrectly shown for the PRU compiler.
