Can't open Header files in CCS 4.2

My copy of CCS 4.2 (MSP430 starter kit) seems to hang for about 5 minutes every time I open a header (.h) file.  Any header file, any location.

What gives?  Any ideas?

    Rod,

    I wonder if the indexer is getting confused by something in the file.  Right click on your project.  Select Properties.  Click on C/C++ Indexer that shows up on the left hand side.  You will then have a drop-down box on the right.  Try changing the selection to "No indexer".  

    Are you using a sample project that comes with a kit?  If so could you let me know which one or zip it up and attach it and I could try it out.
