CCS/MSP432E401Y: PWM

Part Number: MSP432E401Y

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I need to generate 3 PWM with 10KHZ each, with different duty cycle..

such as : PWM1  ----->    10KHZ     ------>     50%DutyCycle

      PWM2  ----->    10KHZ     ------>     56%DutyCycle

     PWM3  ----->    10KHZ     ------>     56%DutyCycle.

and I want PWM2's positive edge to be sync with negative edge of PWM1   and   PWM3's positive edge with positive edge of PWM1.....without altering the frequency and duty cycle..

we are able to generate the PWMs as above with timer based PWM module but not with PWM based module of MSP432E401Y .

Can I please know how to do that based on pwm module  in msp432401y.

thank you...

  • Hello,
    The Technical Reference Manual is a great place to learn how to use the PWM module. Additionally, you can find examples here: dev.ti.com/.../

    I would recommend looking at the pwm_genx_syncgenerators example. If you have a specific question about the implementation, then please 'ask a related question'.

    Best Regards,
