CCS/TCI6638K2K: Project building issues in CCS V6

I have some issues with building a C66x project on CCS V6.1.0.00104 for K2K platform.

Whenever I open the CCS application (on windows 7) and build the project, it is starting with clean followed by build all. If I build again, CCS is reporting "project is up to date".

So the problem is, project build is resulting in clean followed by build all only the first time after CCS application is open and not after that.

Can someone help me on how to overcome this problem?

What you are describing certainly sounds like a bug in CCSv6.1.0. CCSv6.1.0 is pretty old. If the problem still exists in CCSv8.2.0 we can try to figure out what is going on. At this point my only advice can be to use a newer version of CCS. There is no cost to upgrade. You can download it for free here: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Download_CCS
