Get the following error while updating MSP432 tool chain:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=epp.package.cpp, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).
HTTP Server 'Service Unavailable': downloads.ti.com/.../com.ti.msp432.flash_files_root.win32.win32.x86_8.1.1
HttpComponents connection error response code 503.

Looks like the downloads.ti.com update server has been replaced by something else and needs to be updated in the "places to look".

Thanks. I can reproduce the issue. Can you go to 'Help -> Install New Software' try the update using the path highlighted below:
