Tool/software: Code Composer Studio
I can not install CCS on Windows 10. I disabled firewall and Defender, so got passed that step. But early in installation I get box :
Running installation as administrator does not help.
The file exists, and is created during installations, and vanish after installation is cancelled due to error.
The error reporting function of the installation also crash:
