Compiler/CCSTUDIO: feature "open resource" is working nonfunctionally

as per this website: www.avajava.com/.../how-do-i-locate-a-file-in-my-workspace.html

When hit ctrl+shift+r, the open resource window should be opened.

But mine ccs opened this for me: https://imgur.com/a/zNh5AII

I want to locate file in workspace.
