CCS: Abort when updating CCS, then it collapsed and cannot install again.

Hi all,

I've met a big trouble with CCS8. My OS is Win10.

When CCS is updating, it collapsed and cannot run normally again. I try to uninstall and install it again but failed. 

A caution about Tclsh Application is alerted, the path is in C:\users\xxx\appdata\local\temp\ccs_7999bea9-a75f-4e68-75e4-86a0e4e14964\tcl\bin\tclsh.exe. 

(Is this correct?)

Whatever I do with this alert(allow or not), the installation will report an error anyway:

An error occured: error deleting "C:/User/xxx/AppData/Local/Temp/ccs_7999bea9-a75f-4e68-75e4-86a0e4e14964/ccs_error_codes.csv": permission denied.

(I open it with administrator privilege.) 

After that, Error Report doesn't work as well. Another error is reported and submit failed.

How can I fix it? I don't want to reinstall the OS T_T.

    Hi,

    Unfortunately, you're hitting a problem with a space in the user name. Could you please try the following:
    Temporarily reset TEMP/TMP environment variable to a directory that you can write to, with no spaces in the path, e.g. c:\temp.
    Run the installer as admin.

    This has been fixed in the next release and we're working on making the user experience with the installer better.
