CCS/AWR1642: How to import the app/code to CCS downloaded from http://dev.ti.com/tirex/#/

Dear Officer,

Usually I use "Resource explorer" in CCS to get the corresponding example or demo app. (CCS  (View-> Resource Explorer), but recently I got problem to open "Resource Explorer" then I use http://dev.ti.com/tirex/#/  to download the corresponding example. e.g. mmwave_industrial_toolbox_3_1_1, but after download it, how to import certain example to CCS environment and build/run under CCS? (I can do it previously by direct import to CCS when using "Resource Explorer")
