CCS/PROCESSOR-SDK-AM335X: CCS build permission required

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

As I follow this http://software-dl.ti.com/processor-sdk-linux/esd/docs/latest/linux/Foundational_Components_Tools.html#code-composer-studio link to test out my CCS. I try to build the mem_util project but it gives me error as shown below. How could I fix it? Thank you.

Are you sure that you can run Linux build from CCS?

XYZ - do you have write permissions to the project folder directory? Please check you have the proper permissions

Does your user account have permissions to that location? Can you create a new folder/file in that location?
