Quick question, is optimizer assistant available for TMS570? If yes, how can I turn it on?

    Michal,

    The optimizer assistant is available for TMS570. If you go to the view menu select "Optimizer Assistant". However currently there is an issue in CCSv8.2 where it is not properly varying the optimization settings for each iteration of the build which means you don't get any meaningful data. You end up getting a graph of all the same values. I am not sure what version of CCS you are using.

    I am using 8.2. So as you mentioned, all the values are the same. That is why I thought this feature is not available for Hercules.

    The fix won't make it into CCSv8.3 as it is finalized and awaiting release. It should be in CCSv9.0 end of Feb early Mar.
