CCS/MSP430I2040: Code Composer Studio is not installing in my pc... Giving some error message.(permission denied )

Please provide more context for the issue. Can you provide the following information:
-Full CCS version you are trying to install
-if you are using standalone full installer or web installer
-which host OS you are trying to install CCS on
-which antivirus and other security software that is running on your machine
-exact error messages that appeared (screenshot is helpful)
-installation logs: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../Troubleshooting_CCSv7
