Compiler/AWR1642: Error connecting to the target

Hi，

This problem occurs when connecting to a DSP。

Error connecting to the target:
(Error -1180 @ 0x0)
Device is held in reset. Take the device out of reset, and retry the operation.
(Emulation package 7.0.48.0)

    Hi,
    Have you flashed any application image to the device? Flash ccsdebug.bin or mmw demo application to it, only then you can connect to DSS and MSS core.
    DSS core is not powered up by default in the device, MSS application needs to un-halt DSS (DSP) core.

    For this purpose, I would recommend you to follow the instructions (CCS development mode) given mmwave SDK user guide.
