CCS/CCSTUDIO: after PC upgraded to windows 10, my ccs7.2.0 could not build project normally.

After PC upgraded to windows 10, my ccs7.2.0 could not build project normally. The build progress will remain 0% always.

I also tried to import TI demo out_of_box, it could not build normally on windows10 either.

All projects can be built normally on my another win7 PC.

If anyone knows the issue, please help me to solve it, thanks.

Reinstall CC7.2.0 and let me know.

Firstly, thanks for your advise, but I have installed it 3 times...

Besides, I have found that this ccs7.2 could build one of my projects yesterday, but the others could not.

I think the reason may be my configuration inappropriately.

But when I do the same operation on win10 and win7, it behaves differently.

Hello Tom,

I have solved my ccs7.2 problem by copying the new files under c:\cygwin64\bin(I installed yesterday) to C:\ti\xdctools_3_50_05_12_core, and ccs7.2 could build normally.

I think maybe the ti xdctools couldn't support my new win10/2018, my colleague with win10/2017 don't need this procedure but could build normally.

What do you mean saying win10/2018?
What are difference between win10/2018 and win10/2017?
Both after patches and upgrades should be consistent.

According to my knowledge, each XDCtools version comes with its own CygWin version.
Looks to me that coping CygWin files into XDCtools directories, you are mixing environments and put yourself into a hardly recoverable site.

win10/2018 shows below, my colleague's is win10/2017, and I also see win10/2016 on other's PC.
