CCS/TMS320DM8168: Black hawk emulator programming issue

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

We are trying the VIOP-LIB binary to DM8168 DSP processor, So following error while getting by downloading the binary using the CCS v8.0.

Trying this emulator version:-
