Unfortunately, the TI ARM compiler has no features for detecting stack overflow, and none are planned.

Are there any compiler vendor and compilation tool which has the feature of stack smashing protection for TI ARM (AWR1642 R4F core)?

I'm not aware of any feature built-in to a compiler. That said, I am not an expert on ARM compilers other than TI. And there are more than a few compilers to consider.
