i also read manual but there is no explanation about that

Hi,

The identification of the Launchpads is done via the serial number of the XDS110 Debug Probe.

Can you check the section 'Finding and updating the serial number" of the XDS110 page below? It talks about how to find out the serial number of your probe.

thank you. and could you tall me how can i get that serial number in ccs code?i know my serial number and i can't get that number in code ..

You need to add it manually to your source code.
To get unique IDs automatically you need to use GANG programmer.
Die IDs and chip location on a die may be used but there is no guarantee that you would get a unique IDs.
