CCS/MSP432P401R: Flashing code through UART Connection in CCS

No. You need a valid debug interface and "UARTConnection" is not one. See:

If you are using the MSP432P401R launchpad, you should be using the "Texas Instruments XDS110 USB Debug Probe" option to flash your target
