Have you tried the steps in the troubleshooting guide?
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../TI_Cloud_Agent

If the suggestions in the above link do not help, please generate the logs (as mentioned in the link above) and attach to this thread

Now, the bottom of the page is displayed TICloudAgent.Init Error

I configure the steps to generate logs according to wiki, but there are no logs

Sorry for the delayed response. What web browser are you using and what version?

Does the same issue occur when trying to access the taregt via TI Cloud?
