CCS/IWR1642: Error: Product 'SYS/BIOS' v6.52.0.12 is not currently installed and no compatible version is available. Please install this product or a compatible version.

First can you confirm that sys/bios is properly installed to that c:\ti\bios_6_73_01_01 directory?

Next, when you click on Rediscover, is the bios_6_73_01_01 not presented in the New Installable Products list? Could you provide a screenshot of what appears for you when you click Rediscover?

Yes, that sys/bios is properly installed in c drive.

I've  added that file in products directory path and i'm clicking on the rediscover. still i'm not able to see that sys/bios file in installed products space.

Below is the error, i'm getting while importing the zone occupancy detection file to my CCS IDE.

I don't know why CCS is not discovering the SYS/BIOS product. I can only guess that there might be some installation issue. From where/how did you install SYS/BIOS?

I also see that the Zone Occupancy Detection project is expecting SYS/BIOS v6.53.2.00, so it is advisable to install that exact version to avoid compatibility issues. 
Go to this SYS/BIOS download page and download and install v6.53.2.00. It should install to its own directory. Then restart CCS and check if that version is discovered properly.
