CCS/AM3359: AM3359 Processor Debugging Issue using CCS.

Hi,

I am trying to Debug a sample application in AM3359 custom board using code Composer Studio V8 (8.3.0.0000) and Spectrum Digital XDS200 JTAG Emulator.

Test connection is came as "JTAG Scan is Succeed" for "Connection" as Texas Instruments XDS2XX USB Debug Probe and "Board or Device" as AM3359.

but the follwing Error is ocuured.

How would I solve this issue (Error -1770).

How do I change the JTAG Clock configuration or Settings?

Is this still related to the same development kit mentioned by you in your previous thread?

Error -1170 is described in detail at the following reference (just search for the error code), which contains additional details about the process of debugging the processor.

You can also check the status of the A8 core to be sure the device is powered. This is described in step 8 of the section "Troubleshooting the connect phase" of the reference above, which points to the topic below:

Apart from this, the previous recommendation is still valid: check if you do not have code running on the board.
