CCS/C2000WARE-DIGITALPOWER-SDK: Nature org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.managedBuildNature is missing

Part Number: C2000WARE-DIGITALPOWER-SDK

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

When i start creating the project, right after I type the name and click on "finish" I get this error:

Error: Problems encountered while setting project description.

Problems encountered while setting project description.
Nature org.eclipse.cdt.managedbuilder.core.managedBuildNature is missing prerequisite nature: org.eclipse.cdt.core.cnature.

My board is F28069M LaunchPad 

please help

    Hello,
    Please provide more information about your environment. For example:

    -What exact CCS version are you using?
    -What host OS are you using?
    -How are you creating a new project (specify which menu item you used to create a project)?

    The issue is resolved. I uninstalled and reinstalled it the CCS. Thanks

    Glad to hear you were able to resolve the issue. I am still curious what the root cause was. Just before you first experienced the issue, did you just update your CCSv8 installation (check for and install available updates)?
